* We do NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD) under any circumstances.

* Orders will only be processed and dispatched once the payment is verified through our secure payment channels (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Credit/Debit Cards).

3. Shipping & Worldwide Delivery

* We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing times.

* Any international customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

* Vancito.co is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or natural events.

#4. No Return & No Exchange Policy

* The video must start from showing the completely sealed shipping label/package and must continue until the product defect is clearly shown, without any cuts or pauses.

* Without a valid unboxing video, no claims for missing items, damage, or defects will be processed.

* We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the payment if the product is out of stock or faces transit restrictions.
